The inaugural meeting of PIMA (Premodern Iberianists of the Mid-Atlantic) will take place on Friday, March 6, at George Washington University (801 22nd St NW, Washington, DC). We will convene in late morning (after rush hour), and discuss three pre-circulated works in progress. Lunch and coffee will be provided.
If you are interested in presenting a chapter or article in progress, please email a brief (max 250 word) summary and CV to Belen Vicens ([email protected]) or Abigail Agresta ([email protected]) byDecember 16, 2019. Work on any period or theme in premodern Iberia is welcome.
Whether or not you are interested in presenting, you are welcome to attend the meeting. Please RSVP to Belen or Abbey. We will circulate more information about the schedule and the papers closer to the event.
